Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
NeuroLoop ("NeuroLoop", "we", "us", or "our") builds AI workflow automation for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Information you provide. When you submit a contact or lead form, book a call, or email us, we collect your name, email address, and any other details you choose to share.
- Usage data. We use analytics tooling to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device/browser type) so we can improve it.
- Cookies and similar technologies.Our analytics provider may set cookies or use local storage to distinguish visitors and remember experiment assignments (see "Analytics and experiments" below).
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request;
- To send you information you've asked for (for example, replying to a lead form or booking request);
- To operate, maintain, and improve the site and our services;
- To understand aggregate site usage and the effectiveness of our content; and
- To meet legal and contractual obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services we use
We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run this site:
- Resend— email delivery. When you submit a form, your name and email are used to deliver your request and notify us so we can follow up and, where you haven't opted out, send relevant updates.
- PostHog— product analytics and A/B testing. PostHog may collect pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, events, device/browser info) to help us understand what's working and to run experiments on page content.
- Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure. Vercel processes standard web request data (for example, IP address) as part of serving the site.
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it processes data on our behalf; we choose vendors that maintain reasonable security and privacy practices.
Analytics and experiments
We use PostHog to measure how visitors use the site and to run occasional A/B tests on page content (for example, testing two versions of a headline). This may involve setting a cookie or local-storage value to keep your experience consistent across a visit. You can block these technologies using your browser's privacy settings or a cookie/tracker blocker; the site continues to function normally without them.
Data retention
We retain contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, and comply with legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including relying on vendors (Resend, PostHog, Vercel) that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@neuroloop.aiand we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
